The holidays can be particularly difficult for those who lost a loved one. Our bereavement team would like to support you and provide helpful tips and suggestions on how you can cope with the upcoming holidays. We will also be discussing ways you can honor your loved one this holiday season and how to practice good self-care. Please join us for this educational grief group.
