Our Mission
To alleviate suffering and pledge our support to our patients and families that they may reach the end of life’s journey with dignity, courage, and peace.
Our Priority is to Provide Comfort, Compassion and Highly Responsive Care.
At Gallagher Hospice, we believe that the end of life is as important a part of living as all the years that came before. At the heart of who we are and all we do, is a sincere commitment to help identify and deliver that “one thing that will make today better for our patients” and to provide exceptional care.
We know that caring for a loved one with a life-limiting illness may, at times, feel sad, overwhelming and burdensome. Under the care of our compassionate and highly-skilled doctors, nurses, case managers, social workers and volunteers, whom have made hospice care their calling, our patients and their families can find courage and comfort in our care, as well as strength, acceptance and peace. Gallagher Hospice also provide patients holistic care and services, including physical, emotional and social needs.
We follow-up to all inquiries within a few hours, and for our patients and their families, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Since we are committed to a smaller service area surrounding Pittsburgh, we can provide personalized care.
